Research has demonstrated that without dietary changes, even performing as much as 5-6 hours of well designed exercise programming each week leads to surprisingly little body composition change. Nutrition coaching will get you on the right track whether you are looking to lose body fat, boost energy levels, improve sport performance or increase muscle mass. Weight loss and sports nutrition are complex areas of nutrition and inaccurate advice and unnecessary practices can be detrimental to performance or in some cases lead to serious health problems. I am skilled to convert the latest in nutrition science into meaningful nutrition strategies so that you can perform at your peak mentally and physically. With a personalised and realistic approach to healthy eating you will learn how to achieve sustainable changes to reach your goals. |
INITIAL CONSULTATION
The initial session involves an assessment of your current lifestyle and goals to determine the best strategies to obtain your results (because lets face it, we are all different and what suits one person doesn't suits others). We will also go through your completed food diary. A body composition assessment will also provide you with a valid and reliable way to analyse your body composition. I am trained to accurately and precisely assess your body composition using a series of measurements, body fat % and girth measurements. This will help tailor dietary and training strategies to achieve your goals and track changes over time.

STANDARD CONSULTATIONS
Following your initial session I will email you a summary of the session and book you in for a follow-up standard consultation. A follow-up appointment is important to ensure you are achieving your goals and sustaining any dietary lifestyle strategies.
