Understanding that maintaining a healthy eating pattern and fitness routine is not always as simple and straightforward as utilising a formula and coming out with  the desired result. Everyday life, stress, social occasions, marketing gimmicks, and hectic schedules are just a few of the hurdles that continue to surface as barriers to change. As a mother of a 1 year old I also understand that time is precious, being tired is a real thing and not every body responds to the same style of training. 

Setting yourself  goals can sometimes be overwhelming and often people fail even with the best intentions at heart. I can assist you to set goals that are individualised, realistic and achievable, and at all times, keep in mind your life's array of complexities. I aim to make the journey to a healthier you attainable and enjoyable.

With over 13 years experience and formal education as a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, you can be confident that not only will the information provided to you be credible but I will support you throughout your changes. 

Initial sessions are based on evaluating you and your lifestyle, followed by assisting you to implement strategies to feel more energised and look your best. I focus on working with you on the day to be more motivated to ensure you evolve and progress to be the healthiest version of yourself.

I have been training with Eleanor from Align Personal Training since July 2015. I love training with her because she is real! Eleanor tailor suits exercises and goals specifically for your needs and desires. She pushes me to the limit and not one session is the same. She has really helped me on my strength and fitness. I enjoy running and have become a stronger runner since training with Eleanor. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to become a healthier, happier version of themselves. Jess ​​

Listen with your hands (for muscle restriction awareness), Cert. Pre & Post Natal Exercise, Cert. of Achievement: Food as Medicine, Cert. of Achievement: Exercise for the Prevention and Treatment of Disease.
