SUMNER BOOTCAMP

BOOTCAMP is a mixture of body weight exercises suited for those who want to boost their fitness, reduce body fat, increase muscle tone and improve core strength.
  • Saturdays 8:30am
  • 60 Minutes
  • $15 per week 
  • Bookings essential - check out the Facebook Group!
  • Please bring water, a towel and positive attitude.
  • Sumner (meet the the Children's rainbow pool)
  • ​Tip: eat something small beforehand.
  • We have a great group of people booked in at all different levels, genders and ages!
