As much as I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, paddle boarding, cycling and running. I find these sessions the perfect balance to reconnect, lengthen, strengthen, mobilise, boost the metabolism, relax and align. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy creating them for us. Weekly membership includes: 1 x 15 minute chat about your goals and exercise suitability 1 x 45 Bootcamp – Improve your strength + fitness + boost metabolism 1 x 45 Core Revival – Improve your core strength + mobility + flexibility Private Facebook group for support, accountability, encouragement, tips and a place to share recipes! Tools to measure progress. *Sessions are accessed via a members only page on my website. *Options for all levels of fitness! Especially those just starting out wanting to refine their technique and avoid injury. For the parents at home, you can do these sessions at your own pace (and work around nap schedules) but still enjoy going for a walk on other days. For the weekend adventurer (running, hiking, cycling), you can add these sessions in during the week to help with recovery and boost your strength and fitness. Love going to the gym, but travel often/struggle for time? You can do these sessions alongside a gym program. If you have specific goals you’re working towards – get in touch! BootcampBootcamp: Metabolism boosting full body strength and fitness workout. Designed to make you sweat using only equipment you can find around your house. These sessions include a thorough warm up and cool down. They combine elements of HIIT (High intensity interval training), circuit training and animal movements to get your heart rate up and your body moving in all directions. Options are given for different levels.
