Align Personal Training and Nutrition invites you to a mini retreat...
This is your opportunity to create clarity and direction in your term 4 goals and beyond.
We'll begin with a guided meditation followed by an interactive and informative goal setting session that will leave you feeling energised and ready to move! This session will be drawing on my 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist to assist you with tools that have helped many of my clients over the years.
I'll then be instructing a workout focusing on mobility and high intensity interval training (suitable for all levels) to boost your energy, ending with restorative stretches. You'll then have the option to take a refreshing ocean dip before the hot pools.
I have lovingly curated all the things that I would want in a mini retreat and I'm looking forward to sharing this time with you.
When: Sunday 5th October (1st weekend of term 4) 7:45am - midday
Where: New Brighton Surf Club and the hot pools (same car park)
Cost: $95 Early bird rate

45 minute Mobility / HITT / Core session with Eleanor
Nourishing food
2 hour visit to the Brighton Hot Pools (from 10:15am)
